Procedure to Get Transcripts from Bangalore University for Credential evaluation.
Recently I applied for the Official Educational Transcripts and got work done. I would like to share the Procedure, Duration and Amount. If possible please try to follow Steps. For any questions, write Comment below,
1. Visit the Bangalore university Website and download the Application form.
2. College Visit
College staffs are responded me very quickly and helped a lot. But other colleges I don’t know. I think all the college staffs are friendly.
Carry the following documents
- Photocopy/ Xerox of all the mark sheets and Degree certificate
- Transcript Application form.
Submit all the documents at the admission block staffs; they verify the documents and forward to Principal for signature. (Or get it signed by the Principal)
3. Transcripts Fee
Here two objections,
- Take the challan and pay amount how many copies you want, in Jnana Bharathi campus State bank of India. The bank is always crowded you to have spent more time.
- The best way is to take DD in the favor of “The Finance Officer, Bangalore University” on any bank.
4.University Visit
Document Submission
Directly visit The Registrar office, Jnana Bharathi campus. Submit the Xerox copies of all mark sheet, Degree certificates and Application form verified and signed by Principal.
Collection of Transcripts
Normally for Transcript process duration is 10-15 days.Collect the transcripts in sealed envelopes in same counter. I got my Transcript in a 2nd week from the submission date.
Note: Make sure all Xerox copy should be clearly visible.Transcript issued by the university is Attested Transcripts (i.e mean on the Xerox copy of documents you submitted “The Registrar signature and stamp)
5. Shipping to WES
Take the A3 envelope and put the sealed Transcript envelope. Addressed to WES (WES Ref, Number) or any other agency in the US/Canada. Use only private courier service like DHL, DTDC.

For Autonomous College procedure is different, Transcript will be given by the College, try to contact your College officials and collect the information.
